What about Apple/Google policies?
Telegram Mini Apps run inside the Telegram client and are not subject to App Store / Play Store ad policies. Crypto, iGaming and adult content are allowed where local laws permit.
Does TMA support Auto CPA bidding?
Yes — instead of a fixed CPM, set a target cost per conversion and the bidder adjusts bids per Mini App placement using real conversion data, cutting placements that run over your goal. Requires S2S postback tracking.

What geos are supported?
